You'll be an inquisitive & calculated finance professional, holding an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW or equiv.) and a curiosity and drive that makes you unstoppable. With a keen eye for detail, you'll tackle the complexities of our business model and challenge our partners on profitability, P&L analysis, variance analysis and so-forth. You'll be the go-to guru for our Commercial Teams, guiding them through the world of Finance.

What You'll Be Doing:

At TJX Europe, our commercial finance team is all about managing the financials to drive our business operations and decision-making. You'll dive into strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, while working closely with various departments to make sure our financial resources are allocated effectively to hit our objectives.
