I worked at mindSHIFT full-time
This was a temporary position all summer long. May 2015- August 2015. The first week we had presentations from everybody at the New York office. Each day we had someone different give us a presentation. First we had an introduction form the Director of Education services, then the project managers, systems engineers, engineers, sales, etc. They gave us free lunch everyday during training and we were still getting paid!
Training was very dull and boring. In my opinion, when it comes to IT, you need hands on training. They gave us a technical guide of all their programs they use and how to perform certain operations. However, learning how to use their reimage process requires us to actually use a computer versus just reading from the guide.
