Some of the staff are a pleasure to work with. They have global offices.
The amount of turnover is high, low salaries, only 5 days of vacation for the first 3 years as compared to several weeks of vacation for the global offices, there is little to no communication, little to no training, management can be rude, crass and make it a hostile working environment. There is no office etiquette and a horrible dress code. Fowl language is often used by management when speaking to employees.
Advice to Management
You need to treat your employees with respect, offer better salaries and vacation to employees and they will be more satisfied and motivated.
