Responsibilities:

• Immediately step into a six-figure-plus book of existing clientele.
• Shine in a solo role of Master Cut Artist in our salon. You will be the only haircut stylist at Air Bar.
• Provide advanced hair cutting techniques tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
• Keep updated with current trends, techniques, and best practices in hair cutting and styling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, ensuring a luxurious client experience.
• Upsell hair care products beneficial for clients and educate them about proper hair care routines.
• Collaborate closely with other salon professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops.
• Be an active participant in salon promotions, contests, and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years professional experience as a master haircut stylist or specialist.
• Existing book of clients preferred but not required, as we have an impressive existing clientele.
• Active State Cosmetology license.
• Diverse portfolio work, reflecting mastery in varied cutting techniques.
• Commitment to a 35 to 45 hour workweek.
• Team spirit coupled with a can-do attitude.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.50 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
