    The posotion will be based in the corporate offices in Westchester, NY, and provides armed and unarmed security guards, concierge agents, investigative, consulting and risk management services to a broad scope of vertical clients in the Tri-State area. This position is an excellent opportunity for growth and is a leadership role in the organization’s expansion plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, expansion of our gross and net revenues in existing and new territories. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, networking and an understanding of our business services are key elements in succeeding in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and target qualified client prospects in commercial and residential real estate, healthcare, hotel, industrial, financial, education, retail, government, and other vertical markets.
    • Integrate existing contacts with newly formed relationships with regular contact.
    • Develop an understanding of prospects needs and initiate solution-based data relative to our service offerings.
    • Drive company marketing and brand recognition efforts.
    • Attend networking and industry related events.
    • Review and respond to RFP’s.
    • Sales Presentations:
    • Develop and execute sales presentations demonstrating quality ROI and elevated service platform to prospects.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Strategically coordinate company CRM database and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Leverage existing relationships in referrals towards additional prospects.
    • Follow up with client and operations team on all deliverables.
    • Contract Negotiation:
    • Coordinate client specific services agreement terms with senior management considering all terms, insurance and other client requirements, equipment needs, costs and resources.
    • Sales Reporting:
    • Develop annual marketing and sales budgets supportive of targeted sales quotas.
    • Provide data analytics regarding sector engagement rates and other relative data analytics.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of five (5) years of experience in closing multi-year high volume services agreements.

    · Proven industry experience in armed and unarmed contract security guards, concierge agents and all consulting services to new clients to C level management.

    · Ability to leverage existing company and self-developed relationships.

    · Ability to demonstrate an expectation of an elevated customer service experience.

    · Strong industry experience and realized integrity for customer services.

    · Flexible work schedule and some local travel.

    · Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership and innovative measures.

    · BS preferred in marketing and/or sales management.
