Artistic Tile, a recognized leader in the luxury tile and stone industry, is seeking a talented and creative full-time Photographer & Editor. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to capture stunning images of our products: as solo images, as lifestyle vignettes and installed in high-end spaces around the country. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, styling, shooting, and retouching your images to perfection while maintaining all our digital assets across various platforms.

As a key member of our photography team, you will play a vital role in upholding and enhancing our reputation for excellence through your creative projects. Collaborating with members of the marketing department, it will be your job to contribute to our continued success by creating compelling visuals that tell our story. Your work in this role will be featured nationally, in our printed and digital marketing materials. We develop and shoot our advertising campaigns in-house, which are published in the most reputable shelter and lifestyle magazines in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize ideas, research, and gather inspiration for various photoshoots, including product vignettes, interior installations, and design collaborations.
• Select appropriate props, furniture, and decor elements to enhance the overall aesthetic and create compelling visual narratives for each photo shoot.
• Light and photograph high-quality product images for use on our website, social media platforms, direct mail, print, and various digital channels.
• Set up and break down photography sets and assist in on-location photoshoots as needed.
• Travel to location shoots both domestically and abroad on a regular basis.
• Regularly inspect and maintain photography equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and facilitating repairs when necessary.
• Maintain the organization of the photo studio to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong photographic and retouching skills to ensure all content meets Artistic Tile standards for brand integrity and quality.
• Responsible for post-production of all digital assets, detailed asset management, file naming, and image drops.
• Fulfill file-naming and metadata initiatives to fulfill accurate and complete digital asset protocols for all files.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in photography or related field
• 3+ years experience in interior photography and retouching (experience with luxury goods a plus)
• Website or PDF portfolio of images demonstrating expertise in interior photography and retouching
• Knowledge of DSLRs, strobe lighting systems, and lighting modifiers (experience with Canon and Profoto equipment a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom, and Capture One
• Strong image editing skills, including color correction, in-depth retouching of products and people, and image compositing
• Keen understanding of digital asset management (experience with Brandfolder a plus)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Experience with styling and composing props for shoots (interior prop styling a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
