Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Admission Representative to join our team.
Manage inbound/outbound calls for patients & family members seeking to be admitted to our
facility
· Communicate with hospitals & healthcare facilities to admit patients and transfer outgoing
members
· Gather critical details including the patients’ health status, care needs and medical insurance,
etc.
· Perform data entry to register newly admitted patients and update files as necessary
· Engage with health insurance companies to manage payment arrangements
REQUIREMENTS
· 1 year of telephone customer service or call center experience
· 1 year of healthcare related data entry, customer service, medical billing or related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
