- Manage and collect company documentation, including certificates, VAT invoices, financial vouchers, contracts, etc.

Responsible for checking the original documents and preparing bookkeeping vouchers;

Ensure the accuracy of daily accounting transactions and month-end closings to provide timely and accurate financial data.

Manage bank accounts. Process bank payments. Regular reconciliation with the bank.

Issue VAT invoices and provide tax information by month for the tax bureau.

Prepare and review accounting documents for supporting internal reporting, external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Interact with and support the parent company accounting department based in the US.

Assist and support AP China Team on recruitment matters, manage employee onboarding and orientation as needed.

Collect and provide employee on-boarding/off-boarding information to the Payroll Agency in Mandarin. Point of contact for employees' SI&HF and benefits-related activities.

Purchase and maintain general office supplies.

Performs other office management duties as assigned.

BS/MS degree in accounting, finance or a related major
-
1-3 years of professional accounting experience, audit experience or in-house finance experience preferred.

Familiarity with both Chinese and US GAAP

Good English writing and speaking skills.

Familiar with VAT invoice and settlement procedures

Familiar with financial software systems, including Excel.

Excellent communication skills, responsible, patient, and conscientious.
