The Pub has been the best restaurant I have worked at yet. The management is awesome, there is not one manager that I don't want to work with, or that I dread seeing. They are very flexible with scheduling and very understanding of people that are students or have other jobs. They get the "life factor."
It's not the best money I've ever made in a restaurant, but all the pros outweigh the small difference of money.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, many of your employees actually appreciate how you are managing the restaurant!
