Job Outlook for Safety Manager

Safety managers inspect workplaces for adherence to regulations on safety, health and the environment. Duties may include conducting tests or walk-throughs of spaces, preparing written reports on their findings, investigating violations, evaluating programs, and educating employees. A bachelor's degree is often strongly preferred, although sometimes a two-year associate's degree is sufficient.
