I have been working at vRide full-time (More than 3 years)
The ability to work remotely,
Leadership tries to be transparent but doesn't give any real direction to motivate employees. Leadership seemingly doesn't understand what it means to create retention and sales goals from the bottom up instead of the top down. Salary doesn't reflect workload. Overworked and underpaid. Area and regional sales goals aren't realistic and not sure if continuous growth is sustainable. Compensation plan has changed multiple times and raises have been incremental. Doesn't value talent. No real plan for upward advancement or mobility. I believe that CEO has the right idea and good intentions but has quite a few senior leaders in the wrong places.
Advice to Management
Learn the business at ground level, Understand each unique market. communicate changes thoroughly and put in pilot programs before rolling out unproven technology and unwarranted processes company wide. Value your employees and talent
