    Responsibilities:

    • Provide accounting and clerical support to the office manager
    • Maintain up-to-date financial documents and records
    • Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies for multiple accounts
    • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
    • Issue invoices to clients as needed
    • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
    • Assists in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
    • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

    Requirements:

    • Proven accounting experience
    • Proficient with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
    • Competency in MS Office, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online
    • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
    • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
    • Data entry and word processing skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Maintain a positive professional attitude
    • Self-starter with ability to work independently and within a team
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
