Job Description:
The Industrial Engineering Intern will work on targeted projects that require operational observations, data collection/analysis, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving. The internship will include assignments on challenging and industry-specific projects and tasks that a traditional Industrial Engineer would support in a manufacturing environment.
The Industrial Engineering Intern will provide support with the day-to-day operation and project-based assignments. The focus will be on continuous improvement and business optimization for operations.
This position requires attention to detail, analytical abilities, and a creative mind to invent solutions to improve quality and internal processes related to information sharing, data analysis, etc.
Job Requirements:
This is and on-site position that requires daily commuting to our site location in Albertville, MN. Remote work is not available for this role, candidates must be able to commute to location on a daily basis.
