Pros
Great management, extensive training and support to reach goals. Options for health coverage and 401k.
Cons
Pay structure and incentives are not too great until you reach the highest rank as a trainer and work 40+hrs a week.
Advice to Management
Increase wages and raise incentives. More support and training for learning how to get new clients would be great as well.

Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 24 Hour Fitness (Altadena, CA) in January 2016.
Interview
The interview process was your run of the mill group interview. There were two other potential candidates for the job, and we sat in the operation managers office after waiting 10mins for the afternoon rush to calm down. Really straight forward and simple, but still had to dress professionally of course. They said they'd call, but I had to call the hiring manager every other day to keep my name fresh in her mind after the interview js.
