    Pros

    Really satisfying work, top notch benefits, well-managed projects, and smart down-to-earth people - all in a balanced and upbeat environment. I've been around, and 3sharp's transparency, profit sharing, willingness to invest in the future, and support its people is refreshing.

    Cons

    Only very small growing pains like tight parking, and in-development training programs because of new business, systems and people.

    Very friendly meetings with a long list of employees - proves 3sharp values the whole team's input, the right fit, and maintaining a positive culture. Phone screen led to a half day of meetings with 5 people. Within 1 week invited back for second interview for a particular project, which led to full time job offer after 6 weeks.
