-A lot of training if you want it.
-A strong team/family focus.
-Superb people in Seattle to work with and learn from.
-Pay at lower positions is higher than competition, however it evens our or lowers in a couple of the mid-level positions.
-Seattle Region is still small, so growth opportunities are few and far between.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work in staying to your core values, and remember your motto that you pay more because you ask for more.
