I have been working at ARCO as an intern

    Pros

My internship with ARCO Murray was one filled with fun, learning, and responsibility. ARCO Murray provided an environment that allowed for increased learning of the construction industry through increased responsibility on multimillion dollar projects. ARCO’s internship program is one like no other. ARCO Murray is invested in the growth of their interns by providing the chance to travel across the country to job sites and training opportunities. If you’re looking for a place that is ready to hand you real responsibility, then ARCO Murray is your place.

    Cons

When you're working hard and having fun doing it, there is little that can go wrong.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at ARCO (Dallas, TX) in January 2018.

    Interview

I had one phone interview and then an in person interview. The process overall was formal, but positive. The in person interview was formal business attire. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
