I worked at ASICS Digital (formerly Runkeeper) (Less than a year)
The teams for the most part do a good job of making everyone feel inclusive. Push towards data driven cuts out allot of the guessing and product initiatives out.
-Kitchen stacked with snacks, coffee/espresso and weekly catered lunches
-Lots of company events
There is a ton of noise coming from several directions about what the apps/websites should look like and do. Trying to create a funnel for all of that could help make the work less confusing
Advice to Management
Work more with the employees to steer the products and apps towards the right direction
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ASICS Digital (formerly Runkeeper) (Boston, MA) in October 2016.
I had a really great first round phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The questions were slightly technical but easy. What happened afterwards was a complete mess. I loved this company -- I truly did -- however, 2 of our upcoming second round interviews were cancelled consecutively by the team to be rescheduled. That took about 5 weeks -- to get a second call -- from initially positive feedback. The call with them seemed "predetermined" so that he would not be blamed for the 5 week slack.
