I have been working at Aaron's full-time (More than a year)
I started in tier 1 IT support and was promoted to the IT Infrastructure team within 8 months of working here to be a Network Administrator. Promotions depend on your contributions and productivity in addition to your level of knowledge and willingness to learn and grow, but they are great with recognizing people who have potential to offer more and strive to learn. Pay is good, and vacation time is fairly similar to other major corporations. Full benefits packages are also available.
I haven't experienced many cons, but I'm sure they exist for some people.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aaron's (Kennesaw, GA) in January 2012.
Sat in a small room and answered some questions for a few minutes. It was 1:1 I should have known to leave then but didn't. It was a few multiple choice questions, it really came down to would I work for the money were offering more than anything.
