I have been working at Actifio full-time (Less than a year)
Actifio has an incredible product, which is supported by its smart and hard working team.
Management cares about their employees. Sure we get free food and drinks everyday, tons of additional perks, and loads of benefits. But most importantly, Actifio empowers their employees. It feels great to make decisions together to support our customers. That is the most important thing.
If you do not like to work hard, and have difficulty breaking typical business norms to support your end user, this will be a learning curve and challenge. There are no cons if you support the vision.
Advice to Management
Keep giving tools and aid to make the team successful.

Referred by partner, I had an hour phone interview with 2 VP's, was flown to HQ for 6 hour in person interviews with president of sales, CMO, VP of channels/MSP, VP of inside sales, HR, Senior Director of Channels.
