    I have been working at Advantage Solutions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very easy-going environment. Good karma, if you like people, this is the job for you, but if you DON'T like people , stay away!

    Cons

    They don't really give you the hours that you need when you're a part-timer! Like, when I was first hired, I worked every weekend, and that was GREAT! Now that I've been there for six months, I'm only working ONE day a month! NOT GOOD! Especially when you're trying to make a car payment. Management doesn't respond to emails on the subject at all!

    Advice to Management

    Give your staff hours when they ask for them, INSTEAD of hiring EXTRA people!
