    Pros

Make your own hours (very flexible), amazing supervisor, good comradery with other assemblers, payed off of commission (you get what you put into it).

    Cons

Make your own hours/ commission pay (your get what you put in to it), off seasons can be really tight financially. Being a third party vender you have to deal with the customers customers. Some of the customers expect you to pick up there slack and disorganization.

    Advice to Management

Having a consistent local supervisor who can deal with client issues in person.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 7+ weeks. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Tacoma, WA) in March 2012.

    Interview

I wound up going through 3 phone interviews before having a face to face interview. The interview was conducted by my current supervisor at a Starbucks. The interview wasn't extremely challenging; however, I had had a lot of interviews up to that point. So that made it easier for me to know what questions to expect.

    Interview Questions

    • What was a experience where you had to convince someone to change their mind, and how did you do it?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Not able to negotiate salary at all. The starting date was flexible because of the program that I was entering.
