    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Alcoa full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The D 10 dozer and the fixed rail crane is a lot of fun to operate. Always overtime if you want it.

    Cons

Being redirected after setting up a job due to the lack of communication in management.

    Advice to Management

It's a fast passed business so I understand at times we need to be flexible and have to stop and do a different job. Communication just needs to be verified a bit more.
Love my job and the work I do in Point Comfort Texas.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alcoa (Point Comfort, TX) in April 2014.

    Interview

First i had a phone interview with two people, an engineering manager and HR staff. Next I was flown in to Point Comfort, TX for the on site interview. It was a panel interview with behavioral based questions. It was pretty smooth, the typical behavioral based questions you will get from any decent interview process
