    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Alcoa (Székesfehérvár (Hungary)) in August 2014.

    Interview

After a vibrating and sccessfull first round local interview I got the chance for a phone inteview with te US head of division. Disappointment follwed when no answer arrived, then on phone hr (mis)stated that they hired someone. Contrary to this they advertised the position for a following six months. They never told me what was the problem with my application.
