I worked at Allergan as a contractor (More than a year)
I worked with the Global HR Team on a two-year project. The leaders inspired fresh ways of thinking and launched a new way for Allergan colleagues to build skills and gain experience so they can create the career they want at this Company. I haven't seen this level of investment in careers in many other global companies, let alone within pharma. Amazing work here and I am personally excited for Allergan colleagues to take advantage of the tools now available to them.
Allergan works fast, which can mean a lot of iteration and re-do. And there are a lot of late nights. You have to absolutely love what you do and enjoy working with relentless, inspiring, fearless leaders.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Allergan (Madison, NJ) in June 2018.
Phone Interview and then In Person Interview with Multiple People. It was a very extensive process and even included meeting the team I would be working with. It was difficult because they did not disclose a lot of what they were expecting but wanted to me to speak specifically about what my ideas were.
