I have been working at Allied Global Marketing full-time (More than 5 years)
I have worked for Allied Global Marketing for 6+ years. I sought out working for a company like Allied based on the fact that they offer a myriad of effective and exciting Marketing and Advertising capabilities. I work with team members from all walks of life, businesses and personal experiences. I enjoy learning about their businesses, while perfecting mine. In addition, I love the entrepreneurial nature of the company, as well as the ability to carve out an individual path in an effort to grow the business. I am consistently evaluated on that work, and come away with useful knowledge on what’s working and how I can further our Allied work. Lastly, and most importantly, I love working with my particular team. They are smart, kind, hard-working and effective.
Allied Global Marketing is a large business with 20+ offices across the U.S., Canada and London. It's challenging to find the time to get to know everyone and their work in the different offices. To be honest, there are times when we may not be fully aware of others’ successes. But we are working closely with the Management Team to find a better way to share and communicate our individual work, so that we are fully up to speed on all things the company can do.
Advice to Management
Continue to support an environment of sharing and communicating key work giving us knowledge to help share with our clients. The bigger picture is always helpful when strategizing and creating campaigns for our clients.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Allied Global Marketing (Los Angeles, CA) in March 2017.
Skype interview, informal
I got the interview through my school. I received a phone call to set up the interview for that week, and heard back about whether or not I got the position three days after the interview. It was informal compared to some interviews, but still prepare for it like you would any other interview. Know the industry, their clients, company history and why you want to work there.
