I worked at Allied Global Marketing as an intern

    Pros

The work, of course, is interesting and fun. The movies and swag are great. The workload is super light.

    Cons

The workload is light. I didn't do anything, but show up at events and take pictures. I was a Publicity and Promotions intern, not a photographer. I didn't learn anything either.

    Advice to Management

Have tasks for interns. Listen to their suggestions. Otherwise, you run the risk of your internship being just a resume booster.
