I worked at Allied Global Marketing as an intern
The work, of course, is interesting and fun. The movies and swag are great. The workload is super light.
The workload is light. I didn't do anything, but show up at events and take pictures. I was a Publicity and Promotions intern, not a photographer. I didn't learn anything either.
Advice to Management
Have tasks for interns. Listen to their suggestions. Otherwise, you run the risk of your internship being just a resume booster.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Global Marketing (Washington, DC).
E-mailed HR on-line, heard back from them and had phone interview. Very quick interview. Was asked about my previous experiences , on campus responsibilities and movies I was interested in. Mentioned a lot about their client's various campaigns
Was able to start 2 weeks post official start date
