I have been with AMP for a little over 6 years now. AMP offers phenomenal ongoing training, and the leaders within the company are ALWAYS willing to help. You do not need prior sales experience to be great at the work. This has been a role that has changed my life and my family’s life in so many ways. AMP has their foot on the gas pedal and is not slowing down. The growth opportunity within the company is endless. The CEO of the company is amazing and has his hands in all departments and is constantly encouraging people. Really STRONG, POSITIVE work culture whether you are in the office or not. AMP incentivizes people with fun contests to keep things exciting. If you are looking to get outside of your comfort zone, enjoy meeting new people every day, and are looking for an exciting new challenge, you’re in the right place.
It is hard work. You have to be willing to put in the time and energy and you can do well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Marketing and Publishing (DeKalb, IL) in June 2018.
I got contacted by a recruiter, we set up a phone interview. After that I had an interview with the District Manager which took about 20 minutes. I then did a "ride-along" with one of the Senior Sales Representatives and I called my District Manager and they told me that the job is mine if I wanted it. I only had to memorize one of their important sales scripts. I started training a week later.
