I have been working at American Marketing and Publishing full-time (More than a year)
In sales it’s a constant game of rotation of employees. As a candidate looking for a job it’s not easy to know which companies are a best fit for you. AMP cares and truly work there tails off to make all there sales people successful. Highly recommend AMP if you want to be surrounded by a positive and innovative company who is constantly changing lives of small business owners. The VP of the central region is literally the hardest working person in the company. Always making time for phone calls and giving support to everyone.
Honestly none. There pay structure and bonus structure is set up to make all sales people money. If you work a 40 hour week. Knock on as many doors as you can, talk and grow in the community and just put in your best effort you will be successful. If that’s not you there’s your con.
Advice to Management
Keep building new products! That is one of the most exciting that happens in this company, the ever growing tool belt of technology. Outstanding work AMP

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at American Marketing and Publishing (Indianapolis, IN) in September 2016.
Following a brief phone screening, I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview with the area manager. Area manager was nice and the questions were fairly straightforward. The manager did not ask the typical behavioral interview questions.
