    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at American Marketing and Publishing (Nashville, TN).

    Interview

My initial communication with AMP was through e-mail. They responded to my resume posted on one of the job sites. May have been career builder. I spoke with their recruiting manager and she scheduled me an interview with the District Manager in TN. Jamie Heymann. We scheduled to meet at their office in Nashville. The office place was nice and Jamie was very professional and I later found out that she is the best manager anyone could work for!. From my experience and first impression she could tell I may be a good fit for the position. I scheduled what they called a ride day with one of their sales reps so i could get some in the field experience and ideas on what is all entailed in the position. Again, I was impressed with the sales reps professionalism and hard work. After that, I was asked to accept the position and I did! A year later, I couldn't be more grateful to be a part of this amazing team!
