I have been working at Ameriflight full-time (Less than a year)
Good crew when you know them, good pay, great way to break into the industry, and benefits are decent once you put time in.
Hard to keep 4-6 vehicles in good working condition with one guy (under his request even though there are two guys) and about 20-30 aircraft washed by one guy as well.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ameriflight (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2016.
I found out about the position from someone that I know who works there. Eventually I was contacted by someone from management to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by the base manager and the morning line service technician. Ended up getting a job offer via email a couple of days later.
