I worked at Analog Devices full-time (More than 8 years)
Before the new CEO ADI was a typical big technology company with good products and good benefits.
The new CEO is a Salesman with big, bad plans to change it all around. He borrowed a ton of money to buy Linear Technology and several others and is going to consolidate all the eastern Mass offices into the Wilmington site. The only way to get there is already overloaded Rt 93. He's going to sell the entire LTC campus in Milpitas, CA and move the survivors with other area ADI people into new rented space. Spending money and displacing existing, well oiled people and infrastructure seems to be his game.
Advice to Management
Only an idiot pays way too much for an established business and then tears it to bits to merge it into existing infrastructure then cuts benefits to those that remain. Hope you guys are really lucky in paying down your huge debt before the next recession hits.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Analog Devices (North Chelmsford, MA) in April 2016.
I was contacted for an on-site interview and told I would be interviewed for two positions. Other candidates and I had dinner with the engineering team as a little pre-interview meeting. Next day, we showed up to the company site and were given interviewing schedules. Interviewed for two positions with 7 members of the two teams, overall.
