      Pros

      Applied has a very flexible work environment where work-life balance is supported and even encouraged. I never have a problem balancing the two. Professional growth is also encouraged and opportunities are presented for becoming better at my current job and to move me towards the next step in my career.

      Cons

      Workflow and processes could be better streamlined and adhered to.
