    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Arise (Detroit, MI) in March 2018.

    Interview

I'm still going through the "interview process." It's not really an interview, you just have to make sure that you're competent and have the necessary technology to work from home on their platform. You then have to take classes to learn how to do your job. Sucks you have to pay for the training, but if you find a good IBO to work under, sometimes they'll help with the cost for classes.
