I have been working at Arise as a contractor (More than 3 years)
I've been with arise for three years and I respect and appreciate the opportunity they have provided to me as an IBO to service any client opportunity they currently have as well as allowing me to also contract agents under my IBO to provide contracted work from home customer service. Arise virtual solutions has amazing potential and I wish to stay the course as they progress.
My only concern or two concerns would be firstly having more client opportunities. Especially big name companies. There are great agents currently within the arise network that want to see their growth. Businesses or clients come and go but I'd love to see more being done to retain companies that offer client opportunities through arise. My agents would love that! Secondly, it would be beautiful if arise allowed agents from outside the big three IE USA, Canada, and the UK. That would skyrocket Arise's potential tenfold
Advice to Management
Grab some more big names, WE WANT THEM. We want to provide contracted service to them. Also expansion of area agents can service from. Puerto Rico would be a great start.
