I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Lund, Skåne (Sweden)) in March 2018.
I am pursuing my PhD thesis in Microelectronics and I have applied for few positions in ARM starting from design engineer, system modelling etc. I had 4 years of industry experience in design verification. All my applications were rejected from those positions. So, I finally decided to apply for the verification positions. Finally I received a call from ARM, Lund. My interview was scheduled with Manjiri Deolalikar, Hardware Verification Team Lead and Ola Nording- Senior Engineer- Digital Hardware Design.
Most of the questions were asked by Ms Deolalikar whereas Mr. Nording was interested about the non-technical questions as in how I see myself in the team and all.
Among the technical questions, it was mostly related to coding. I was not asked anything about my research work.
