The recruiter I worked with to place me for a job worked quickly to get me an interview and I had a job offer within a day of interviewing. The offer pay was very good.
She gave me wrong information about the job before I interviewed. It was a temp to perm position and the contract portion was going to last a lot longer than anticipated. Ultimately after I had to reject the offer because of this misinformation, she didn't even respond to my email. I just felt she was unprofessional, obviously not very good at her job, and I felt like she didn't really care after she was very attentive up to the point where she knew she wasn't going to get any money from me.
Advice to Management
Remind your recruiters that job seekers are people too. I have worked with some great recruiters who really care about finding me the right position, and not just putting someone in a job that sort of fits. My experience with your recruiter was that she didn't care and was just trying to get a commission.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Artisan Talent (Indianapolis, IN) in March 2018.
I responded to a request for a phone interview, but the Artisan Talent employee failed to follow up and confirm the call. The day of, I received no call and was not contacted until the next day via email that they had forgotten to confirm.
