    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ashley Furniture (Arcadia, WI) in February 2015.

    Interview

The first step was a phone screen. I scheduled an in-person interview for the following week and felt most of the questions were thoughtful and insightful. After this first in-person interview I was called for a second in-person interview where the majority of the questions were fairly similar to the first round. I believe the department ended the process of a second in-person interview after I was hired since it seemed pretty unnecessary to everyone.
