I have been working at Ashley Furniture full-time (More than 3 years)
The best feeling is to work in a job that not an average person can do.
Having to stop at random gas stations to warm up my hone cooked meals
Advice to Management

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ashley Furniture (Colton, CA) in November 2015.
The interview process is made up of a pre-screen phone interview by a recruiter, phone interview with hiring manage, then lastly a combination of a Skype and in person interview.
The application process is extremely easy and quick, as well as throughout the interviewing process. The recruitment team here (Kelsey) is AWESOME and extremely on the ball, continuously updating you on your progress through the interview process, even giving you suggestions along the way to better your odds. Everyone I spoke with was very enthusiastic and seemed to genuinely like their job.
Although the pay and benefits was incredibly competitive, an opportunity across the country arose that i simply could not pass up. I would definitely recommend working here!
