Employees rate Green Bay 16.9% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Aurora Health Care part-time (Less than a year)
People are so nice and helpful, benefits are very nice. Been employed for a month and so far has been an amazing place to work with amazing people to work with.
In the beginning was very overwhelming with all that had to be done in a short period of time, with setting up emails, and setting up appointments, email references and passwords, maybe because I’m not the most computer savvy person but I figured it out and got thru the process and would say it was well worth the trouble and hassle once I accomplished all that had to be done.
Advice to Management
Give more help and guidance during orientation to help get employees started with the list of things needed to be accomplished within first week and month of hire to make transition more smooth and less stressful.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aurora Health Care (Green Bay, WI) in December 2014.
The process moved quickly from the initial HR phone contact. I was onsite for an interview in less than 1 week and received a call every day after my interview until I got hired, just to let me know where I was in the process and what, if anything, was the hold up. The HR recruiter was very excited to speak with me and to tell me about the company/worksite.
