    Pros

I love working here at Aurora! They have awesome benefits, awesome work/life flexibility and great great pay!! They really love and care about their employees and really try to listen to them. The management and leadership team are nice and friendly. My supervisor is the best. She manages yet empathizes and acknowledges. Simply the best.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aurora Health Care (Green Bay, WI) in December 2014.

    Interview

The process moved quickly from the initial HR phone contact. I was onsite for an interview in less than 1 week and received a call every day after my interview until I got hired, just to let me know where I was in the process and what, if anything, was the hold up. The HR recruiter was very excited to speak with me and to tell me about the company/worksite.
