I have been working at Baird & Warner full-time (More than 10 years)
Pros
People, Technology, Education, Admin team
Cons
Too many new agents taking all of time of the admin team for their learning. They are somewhat rude and needy in their wants and needs. Most of them leave within 1 year.
Then we have a massive parking problem when they have classes in the office, leaving our clients without close parking. Class students who are in the office for 7 hours need to park on the streets. Our clients are a priority but are left without parking.
Advice to Management
Our Mgt is fine it seems to come from the corporate office to recruit more agents...maybe develop the best new agents to be the success stories. One new listing or sale in 1 year isn't really productive when they hang around for a place to crash daily.
Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Baird & Warner (Arlington Heights, IL) in January 2016.
Interview
There was no interview placed with agency. The agency had tested and just performed a background check. Easy placement and great personable management. The pre screening was done by the agency and have little comments on the interview process. I would have liked to get hired, but not hired due to agency fee if the office hired me.
