I have been working at Baird & Warner as a contractor (More than a year)
Pros
Came to Baird & Warner a couple of years ago and knew I made the right decision as soon as I walked through the door. I love the camaraderie of our office and the fact that corporate is so accessible and comes to the individual offices on a regular basis. Really feels like senior management takes a vested interest in all that we do and are very supportive.
Cons
I don't really have any cons.

Application
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Baird & Warner (Evanston, IL) in May 2010.
Interview
The Interview process was very laid back, the Supervisors were very nice and just asked about my previous experience. I was hired at the moment.
The only advice I can give is to be yourself. You may be hired if you have good computer knowledge and a great friendly personality. Must be organized and able to keep a cool head, you will have a lot of request to tasks asked of you from the 40+ agents. This is not the job for you if you get stressed easily.
