      Pros

      Fantastic training
      Tools
      Accessibility to managing broker
      Great "family" vibe
      Great brokerage in all

      Cons

      Some of the fees have been getting out of hand
      Tough to keep up when starting out and all the fees start hitting
      Only in Illinois

      Advice to Management

      Try and keep the small business feel to agents by all means necessary .. the second you go corporate vibe the essence of B&W dies
