I have been working at Baird & Warner full-time (More than 10 years)
Pros
Wouldn't work for any other company! I've been with them for 10 years and started my license schooling with them as well. They share the same values and work ethics I do. And what other company is an employee able to get help, guidance, endless resources, and encouragement all the way to the head of the company and that includes our fearless leader Steve Baird?? No other company does this- I hear it all the time from other agents. Everyone in this company is easily approachable and reachable. THAT MATTERS!
Cons
Please keep providing all the latest and greatest as have been in technology, resources, Ascend, everything as you have been - not really a con.
Advice to Management
IF you're a manager, than please be aware of how and what the downtown offices strives to accomplish- specifically Marketing and Marketing Services. They work extremely hard and it's frustrating for me as a former two year advisory council member to hear repeatedly how they fail or didn't provide especially with new employees who complain they don't want to learn our system and blame marketing services.. The marketing departments at BW are OUTSTANDING and provide beyond exceptional work, creativity, ideas, and are always available to everyone. Please advise new employees as management to LEARN the system before they complain and blame. And that includes managing brokers who should learn how every department works . I'm grateful my manager who is the BEST, keeps herself up to date & informed and our whole office as well.Keep up the great work BW!! And THANK YOU for being the best company to work for- it's a privilege and an honor- PROUD to be part of the BW family!!
