Employees rate Indianapolis 45.1% lower than the overall average
I worked at Beazer Homes full-time (More than a year)
Turn and burn environment that allows you to make money if you play the game. Benefits are decent but expensive.
Unprofessional work environment, inconsistent management, no leadership and zero emphasis on customer service. There is no quality control which leads to a below average customer service rating. Homes are ok, nothing special.
Advice to Management
Be more proactive than reactive. Lead by example rather then out of fear of losing your job.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Beazer Homes (Indianapolis, IN) in February 2016.
Completed application online.Called for an interview meet with two people. They both asked questions. They were enthusiastic and often agreed with my answers. The questions all centered around construction and my experience. I did complete an application when first arrived, recomend you arrive early.
