Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Waltham, MA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, MA) in October 2017.

    Interview

Initial contact was immediate, recruiter interview then scheduled interview with DVPoS. Great experience and rapport. Out of state candidate for the position and they scheduled travel arrangements to Boston then home office. Met VP of training and EVPoS and DVPoS. Great experience. Met proposed companion RDO who was not as pleasant although cordial. He appears resistant to the situation. Finished up with the DVPoS who seemed eager to make the hire recommending conference call follow up with fellow RDS in the field for background info on the position. Then nothing for two weeks after initiating a follow-up email was told they are still reviewing candidates. No response to the calls or emails, no notification that another candidate was selected.
