    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Best Version Media (Orlando, FL) in March 2014.

    Interview

Them pitching the idea of publishing you very own magazine, and you wondering if you'll ever be able to sell into existence a real magazine. They'll pitch you an Independent contractor agreement. Read it - you're basically agreeing to hand over to them your entire book of business to them as you go on. But basically, they'll ask you to buy in, they'll train you (mostly over the phone and at daily-weekly phone meetings, and occasional mini-training conferences.

    Negotiation

You take they're publishing format - or not. Take the program or not. No negotiation.
