    Pros

Awesome product, awesome management, awesome on boarding, awesome company! This is place where you are in charge of your own work flow, get the job done and you'll be good!

    Cons

It gets pretty silent at times... that's about the only con!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bitly (San Francisco, CA) in July 2015.

    Interview

Phone screen followed by two onsite personal interviews. Had to go there twice which i didnt like. The process is not streamlined and coordinated well. The second phase of onsite was very confusing.
