    Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (San Francisco, CA).

    Interview

The interview process was a good experience and everyone I met was very pleasing. It was a total of 4 interviews, meeting with each director at a time on two different scheduled dates. The process took about a month from the initial screen date to the rejection. I was very surprised not to get the offer after hitting it off with every interviewer and having most of the administrative experience they were looking for.
