      Pros

      As a none investor owned company, there are no share holders demanding improvement which reduces stress. However it also doesn't encourage progress.

      Cons

      Management is unskilled. Many lack any knowledge of technology which is years behind. Middle management tends to tell senior management that everything is fine while problems continue to fester.

      Advice to Management

      Senior management should look beyond what they are hearing from middle management. Also, clean out antiquated systems, retaining multiple systems is holding the company back
